At Garfish our focus is on serving the freshest fish available at a reasonable price. In conjunction with Sydney’s leading fish suppliers we source fish at its very best from the market floor & from individual producers around Australia. We often select lesser-know fish varieties because they are the best available on the day.
You may select a dish from our menu or customise your own dish by selecting a fish from the blackboard menu, choosing how you would like it cooked & matching it with the garnish of your choice.

Lunch reservations may be made at all Garfish Restaurants 7 days per week.
Dinner reservations may be made if you are dining between the times of 6 - 6.30pm on a nightly basis (5.30pm - 6.30pm at Garfish Manly), however, reservations cannot be made if dining after 6.30pm. If you would like a table after 6.30pm, we do run a 'waitlist', where by we ask that you call ahead by about 20 - 30 minutes from when you would like to dine. If we have a table available at your time, we can hold the table until you arrive. If there is not a table available, we add you to our 'waitlist'. The manager on duty will be able to give you an approximate time for when your table should become available. They will then take your details, and will call you as soon as the table becomes available. Please note that on busy nights such as Friday and Saturday, there may be a wait of longer than half an hour.
Garfish Restaurants are proud to have been recognised by the Restaurant and Catering Association of Australia as the first 'accredited' restaurant in Australia.
